In Hollywood, sandwiched between Mervell Dean Road and 235 North are five lots totaling 3 acres owned by FDR Holdings. The property is directly across from Clarks Mill Rd. These lots will soon be home to 18 townhome units.

Built over the course of four years, the townhomes are two groups of four and two groups of five, with lots all less than 0.1 acres in size. Five townhomes are planned for construction each year for years one and two, while four townhomes are planned for years three and four each. Parking will be able to accommodate 36 vehicles total, or two per unit. Traditionally with townhomes, the garage is considered one parking space, and the driveway another. However, parking can become an issue in these developments because garages are often used for storage space rather than parking a vehicle. The address for these units will be registered to the neighborhood road, K&R Way.

Plans for this development have not yet reached the Planning Commission for approval.
